At KEMDII, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused, unopened products in their original condition, including all packaging and labels. Please note that items returned in unsellable condition may not be accepted.

How to Return:

  • Request a Return: To initiate your return, visit our Returns Portal or Contact Us directly. We will provide you with a return label upon approval.
  • Gift Returns: Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned along with the item(s).
  • Pack Your Return: Ensure the product is securely packaged in KEMDII’s packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during the return process. For added security, we recommend using a trackable service.
  • Return Processed: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit within 14 days, excluding the cost of any premium delivery options. 
  • Track your Return: To track your order or return, simply click here or contact us with your order number. Our team is ready to assist you with any inquiries or updates.

Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us at info@kemdii.com, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label for the faulty item.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, or personalized items. Additionally, sealed goods that have been opened after delivery are non-returnable.
